About Feline Features

I have been exclusively working with cats since 1992.

As well as a professional cat groomer I have also owned, bred and showed cats for a very long time. They are something of a passion of mine!

My extensive experience of cat grooming stems from my understanding of cats and what they like and don’t like. My techniques are recognised as the best available for cat grooming and include exclusive lap work for the cats comfort.

My approach is cosmetic not surgical (I am not a vet) so never use anaesthetic of any kind. The only equipment I use is a cat friendly muzzle to give me more control over the cat I am grooming. It protects the cats face from the heat of the dryer and me from the mouth of the cat - even the most docile creature can turn into a tiger!

All the shampoos, conditioners and grooming powders that I use are all excellent quality and developed by companies with veterinary  guidance.

As you would expect I have full public liability insurance and the whole cat grooming process is undertaken with the cats welfare at all times.
